"Tough Luck" illustrates the situation I was in as a result of losing my financial aid in college due to my poor completion ratio. My rent office raised my rent, as well, so that added to the situation. I, simply, did not know what I was going to do. I was helpless, but too afraid, and uncomfortable with asking for help.
