Shipping

We print and fulfill most of our products on demand once you place an order.

Footwear, souvenirs (such as CDs, stickers, posters, etc), and digital goods are fulfilled and shipped out on the same business day that the order is created. If orders are placed after 4pm EST or during the weekend, they will be promptly fulfilled and shipped the following business day.

It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products before shipping them and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. If some items are shipped separately, we will send you tracking numbers for each package.

Returns

Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and we do not exchange sizes at the moment. If you made a mistake on your order (example: choosing wrong color or size), let us know within 4 hours so we can update your order.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense (example: we sent you the wrong color, product, or size from what is on your order confirmation).

The return address should be on the original shipping label or contact us for that address. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
