 T-Shirts:

X-SMALL | Chest: 16.5 inches / Body Length: 27 inches
SMALL | Chest: 18 inches / Body Length: 28 inches
MEDIUM | Chest: 20 inches / Body Length: 29 inches
LARGE | Chest: 22 inches / Body Length: 30 inches
X-LARGE | Chest: 24 inches / Body Length: 31 inches
2X-LARGE | Chest: 26 inches / Body Length: 32 inches

Long Sleeve Shirts:

SMALL | Chest: 18.5 inches / Body Length: 28 inches
MEDIUM  Chest: 20 inches / Body Length: 29 inches 
LARGE | Chest: 21.5 inches / Body Length: 30 inches
X-LARGE |  Chest: 23.5 inches / Body Length: 31 inches
2X-LARGE |  Chest: 25.5 inches / Body Length: 32 inches

These are the measurements of the garments. To determine which size is right for you, measure your chest/bust.

This is accomplished by wrapping tape measure around the fullest part of your chest but under your armpits. Do not tighten the tape measure where it starts to restrict breathing but don't let the tape measure slide down either. In addition, refrain from flexing.

If your results are greater than the chest size of the garment, a good rule of thumb is to choose the next size up to ensure a comfortable fit. 

If you feel you're between sizes, sizing down will give you a snug-fit or "close-to-body" look. And sizing up will give you a relaxed fit in the mid-section.
