“Seen This Before” is a prequel to “Rosedale” (as in “seen this before Rosedale”). The truth behind this EP is that these records were originally released in 2017 and 2018 hence the title. These singles were supposed to be featured on Rosedale but were cut at the last moment due to distributor re-upload policies.

The Modest Anomaly (Digital)
$15.00

Clarkoh’s debut extended-play record released in 2014.

Summary:

“We are told we need to be different. So we lead our lives in hopes to be unique -- to remain separate from the individual next to us. Yet, we are still influenced by the same sources of material objects and amenities like whips & waves. We are told to follow our own path, yet we are practically forced to travel on the road paved for us (often the same road our parents traveled). Unfortunately for most of us, we don't realize deviation is possible until “after movies end” and significant amount of years pass. However, the fundamental problem of individuality is we are all trying to be the same kind of different. And the heat we put on ourselves to not be the same fools as one another is, essentially, pointless because we are influenced to like or dislike the same things. So the question shouldn’t be “how could we separate ourselves from each other?” because the rest of the world will not know us as an individual; only as another different human being. The question should be “what (of high caliber) could we bring to the world?”. The answer we provide will grant us the distinction we desire. It is okay to be the same. It is okay to be normal. But if we are all regular, risks like free falling into new endeavors would not be taken. All in all, we will never know what we could bring to the world until we deviate and attempt something new or substantial. In simple words, become the modest anomaly.”
