I will gladly extend my live performance services for most occasions, however, the submission form must be filled out before purchasing. All orders submitted without the correct and required information will be refunded and ignored.

Important Information:

Please understand that the event date must be at least 1 month away from the purchase date. In addition, all purchases of live performance services will be verified upon checkout. Purchaser shall always round up their "capacity selection" to the nearest whole unit to ensure the correct venue capacity is selected for accurate billing. This will be cross-referenced for accuracy. Upon verification, if purchase of services does not match the venue's official capacity, a refund will be provided promptly and no live performance service shall be rendered. If this is the case, the purchaser will need to resubmit their order with correct information.

Before the date of performance, the following must be completed and sent via email:

• Complete, signed, and dated "Live Performance Agreement" document.

(Services will never be discounted and prices will never decrease. Please understand that service prices are subject to increase in the future.)
